93PM UPS system

In September 2013, Eaton launched the 93PM uninterruptible power system (UPS), its next generation three-phase system engineered to offer the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) in the industry. The 93PM is designed with today’s data centre and facility managers in mind, featuring flexible deployment options that support integrated thermal management solutions, a compact footprint that is 35 per cent smaller than competitive units, efficiency of up to 99 per cent and simplified energy management features.

Modular UPS system

In September 2013, Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd, in association with Gamatronic, launched the Multiplexer series of modular UPS systems—Multiplexer-10 and Multiplexer-25, for the Bengaluru market. Modular UPS systems offer immense benefits like scalability, efficiency, reliability and low MTTR. Multiplexer Power+ enables a significant reduction in energy losses, with efficiency that is directly influenced by the load level. It is a perfect fit for data centres and server rooms. Multiplexer Mega V2 is a state-of-the-art modular, scalable, hot plug-hot swap UPS system with the capacity to scale up to 500 kW. It delivers one of the highest efficiency rates available. At an efficiency rate of 96 per cent, Multiplexer UPS systems provide significant energy and savings.

Single battery UPS system

In August 2013, UTL launched a deep impact online UPS system that requires a single 150Ah battery, saving users the cost of two batteries. It is a completely indigenous product with1 KVA options available in 12V and 36 V and its price is much lower than imported products. Its complete circuit is on a single PCB.
