A leading player in the engineering and manufacturing of advanced interconnect solutions, NAI Group recently announced that it has acquired KSM Electronics, a leading producer of electromechanical objects. In a press release, the company said that this acquisition delivers new aerospace & defence capabilities and certifications to it, while also strengthening its position as a leading interconnect solutions provider for the industrial technology and medical end markets.

Earlier, he has also been in leadership positions at Henry Company, Tyco and Honeywell.

Delighted to join NAI’s team to help execute the company’s vision and strategy, the newly-appointed CEO remarked, “I look forward to building upon the company’s strong foundation.
