“I am very excited to join this team and be part of bringing this revolutionary technology to market,” said Jeff Blank, “EAS and STEP will bring high-precision true thermoplastic parts to production customers in ways unheard of up until now. I am looking forward to bringing my experiences in both 2D and 3D product development to the organization and accelerating our path to growth.”

An industry veteran, Jeff has experience in engineering and business background with a master’s in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Portland. After his two decades delivering printers for Tektronix and Xerox Corporation, Jeff moved to 3D Systems to run their worldwide engineering and product delivery organisation. He specialises in scaling cost-effective and reliable products from concept to commercial success in hardware, software and materials. In his current role, he will be responsible for merging together engineering and operations and delivering a robust and reliable product roadmap that aims to enhance company growth.

Evolve Additive’s selective thermoplastic electrophotographic process (STEP) technology sits alongside the traditional manufacturing processes, including but not limited to injection moulding, on the manufacturing floor and aims to augment an organisation’s production capabilities which further allows the freedom of design and faster time to market with the “toolless” production. The company’s ecosystem and products and services also include hardware, software, materials, services and applications consulting.
