Tuesday, October 08, 2013: Waaree Energies Ltd has announced the launch of WS-400 Wp PV module, which it claims is the first of its kind product in India. The solution offers highest efficiency of 18.85 per cent as well as power in the module industry.
According to the company press release, the Waaree WS-400 Wp module is set to optimise solar power plant projects and revolutionise the module industry by generating more power per panel surface area. Besides, it will reduce solar site area requirement and ensure shorter construction time-frame. It means less cabling and surfacing and lesser quantity of fixing clips in total thus bringing down the overall cost of the solar power installation. This product comes with a 5-year-long warranty and promises 90 per cent power for a duration of 10 years with a mere 10 per cent deficit for 20 years.
