Tresa Motors boasts that their trucks are capable of achieving a top speed of 120 km/h and a maximum torque of 24,000 Nm, thanks to a 300 kWh battery that enables a rapid charge time of just 15 minutes (from 10% to 80% state of charge).

Tresa Motors, a startup specializing in medium and heavy electric trucks, has secured a significant pre-order of 1,000 trucks from the leading logistics company, JFK Transporters. This collaboration provides Tresa Motors with a substantial platform to demonstrate its capabilities on Indian roads. For Tresa Motors, receiving pre-orders is a crucial step towards establishing itself as a frontrunner in the electric trucking sector. Conversely, JFK Transporters gains early access to Tresa’s cutting-edge electric trucks, boosting its fleet’s performance and efficiency.

Tresa Motors claims its trucks are equipped with a maximum torque of 24,000Nm and a top speed of 120km/h, supported by a 300kWh battery that enables a rapid 15-minute charge time (from 10% to 80% state of charge). The trucks are built on the Axial Flux Motor Platform Flux 350 and feature the Meg50 800V 50 kWh self-contained battery pack module. Tresa asserts that its trucks offer superior performance, enhanced cooling capabilities, increased efficiency, compact size, and flexibility, all housed within IP69 self-contained enclosures with embedded active-liquid cooling for tailored ranges based on payload, ensuring cost-effectiveness for customers.

He emphasized that this partnership underscores a shared commitment to lowering carbon emissions and leading the transition to a cleaner, more efficient, and eco-friendly transportation sector.

Adil Kotwal, the Managing Director of JFK Transporters, remarked that his company has always been at the forefront of adopting sustainable practices.
