The petrol-powered Kinetic Luna was one of the best-selling two-wheelers in India, and it is also known for creating a new segment of two-wheelers in the country.
Kinetic has approached the Indian advertising icon Piyush Pandey to design a multimedia campaign for its upcoming electric avatar of Luna. Electronics B2B learnt that the original equipment manufacturer is in the final stages of readying the electric Luna, and the launch will take place in a month or two from now.
Notably, the petrol-powered Kinetic Luna was one of the best-selling two-wheelers in India, and it is also known for creating a new segment of two-wheelers in the country. Flipkart has even started to take pre-bookings of the electric luna.
Sulajja Firodia Motwani, founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, has previously confirmed over social media that the upcoming electric two-wheeler will be named ‘e Luna’.
The e Luna is one of the critical products in Kinetic’s portfolio. The same might be the key for it to project something substantial in front of the consumers from Tier 3,4 towns and rural India.
The same might also be projected as an economical substitute for electric two-wheelers operating in the logistics, end-mile deliveries and transportation business. There is a high probability that Kinetic will launch more than one variant of Kinetic Luna.
Pandey is known for designing the “Chal Meri Luna” campaign for Kinetic, and the OEM will be expecting nothing less than a marvel for the upcoming e Luna.
A total of 12,425 KINETIC GREEN ENERGY & POWER SOLUTIONS vehicles were registered during 2023, while this number in 2022 was 4,797.
