Digi-Key Electronics Signs North American Distribution Partnership with Rigol Technologies

Global electronic components distributor Digi-Key Electronics has announced that it has expanded its product portfolio by signing a North American distribution partnership with Rigol Technologies. It is a part of Digi-Key’s Marketplace initiative to broaden the product offering to customers.

David Stein, vice president, global supplier management at Digi-Key said, “Partnering with Rigol expands the solutions customers need, providing a wider selection and a deeper product offering of electronic test and measurement equipment in the global regional market at competitive prices. Digi-Key is committed to providing full-service, one-stop shopping of electronic components and equipment that support engineers, designers and the entire ecosystem of technology innovation in rapidly changing markets with supplier leaders in each region.”

Implementing Application Programming Interface (API) solutions

Rigol Technologies deals in digital oscilloscopes, waveform generators, multimeters and DC loads. Its product range also includes digital and mixed-signal oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and RF signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators, sensitive measurement products, and data acquisition systems.

Recently, Digi-Key Electronics had announced that it offering a free eBook on the benefits of implementing Application Programming Interface (API) solutions, as well as a new ROI calculator to see the return on investment that implementing APIs can deliver.
Digi-Key’s APIs, as the company informed, have long provided a complete digital platform for customers to automate and streamline procurement processes while providing real-time product information to procurement, engineering and design teams.
