Model: DIVISIO 1000, Brand: ASYS, Manufacturer: ASYS Group
The DIVISIO 1000 Easy Duo is a recently launched, entry-level machine for low-stress, automatic PCB depanelling applications. It is considered suitable for small batch operations, as a backup for inline production and for making prototypes. Its footprint is of about 1.2m², which makes it one of the smallest solutions for depanelling with a milling cutter. It has a SIMPLEX user interface that enables fast, easy and controllable operations.

ASYS-DIVISIO_1000_EASY-DUO-Depaneling-SystemKey features

  • Its working area is about two times 350mm x 400mm, which makes it the smallest depanelling solution, as per company claims
  • Its X and Y axes are driven with linear motors, whereas the Z axis is pneumatically driven
  • Its dynamic milling axis is installed above the two-drawer shuttle system
  • It has a camera system integrated for fiducial recognition and image guided program generation
  • It has a touchscreen interface that can be operated intuitively using gesture control

USP: Ideal for the production of prototypes, small batches and as a backup for inline production

Model: EML-61D, Brand: EVEST, Manufacturer: EVEST, Taiwan
EML-61D is a recently introduced EM series pick-and-place machine that has been designed for LED module and LED driver manufacturing and, hence, comes with the ability to handle all types of LEDs including dome type as well as CSP LEDs. It is used for highly flexible programs according to different bin values of LED components, enabling operators to find the appropriate mode of placement and ensure the light uniformity of the finished product.
It covers the entire range of SMD components involved in LED driver manufacturing, claim company sources. It uses special feeders and nozzles designed to handle the complete range of LEDs with the lowest component-dropping rate. It aims to fulfil the mounting needs for SMDs ranging from small chips (such as 0402) to large fine pitch ICs or odd-shaped components, high brightness dome type LEDs, etc, making it a good pick-and-place machine for EMS jobs in the LED lighting industry.

EVEST_EML -61DKey features

  • Has a mounting speed of 13,000 CPH (IPC 9850) with the capability to handle medium volume to high volume production
  • Ensures best practical speed with an optimised pick/place routing design
  • Capable of handling PCBs of 1500mm in length in a single shot, making it ideal for LED tubelight as well as LED flexible strip production
  • Its unique lighting design supports high speed on-the-fly vision capturing and alignment
  • Has a special pattern recognition system for LED component shape recognition

USP: Ideal pick-and-place machine for EMS jobs as well as the LED lighting industry
