NTL Lemnis adds energy-saving LED lamp in ‘Pharox’ range

May 1, 2015: NTL Lemnis, the LED Lighting company has created an innovative product that is a direct replacement of the conventional High Pressure Sodium Vapour Well glass luminaire. Branded Pharox Warhorse, the lamp has been created by the NTL Lemnis R&D efforts and is an energy saving and long lasting LED well glass solution for multiple applications.

The Pharox Warhorse will provide over 40% energy savings compared to its conventional counterparts. Warhorse is a robust and dependable industrial general lighting solution. This latest product is designed for multiple applications like Power plants, steel plants, cement plant and material handling area.

The other features of the product include Pressure die cast aluminum housing for rugged applications, IP65 ingress protection to ensure its long life and consistent performance in dusty areas of application, an impact resistant polycarbonate optical dome cover to eliminate the common problem of glass breakage at installation site and specially designed heat sink fins for better thermal management. Due to the considerable efforts of the R&D and design team at NTL Lemnis, the glass waste in Warhorse has been reduced and the product does not contain any liquid or gaseous contaminants like Mercury and Sodium Vapour. MRP for Warhorse begins from Rs 5,585

NTL Electronics India Limited :
NTL began its operations in the year 1993 and started its lighting journey in the year 2002. With an annual turnover of Rs. 750 Crore(2013-2014), NTL has become the largest electronic manufacturing company in the lighting industry in India and by all estimates, probably one of the largest manufacturers of lighting electronics in the world outside China. The lighting journey for NTL in 2002 began with manufacturing CFL ballasts. Over the years NTL has grown significantly in design capabilities. NTL has been a frontrunner in converting CFL lamps to HPF (High Power Factor) as well as redesigning them to make them more cost efficient.
 
 At NTL, manufacturing capability has also grown significantly, keeping pace with the growth in development process. Today NTL as a group has 7 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spread over five hundred thousand square feet with a combined capability to manufacture 18 Mn products per month in the facilities spread across Noida, Roorkee and Dehradun.
 
NTL’s biggest strengths are its development and manufacturing capabilities. Both the manufacturing and development activities for clients are undertaken at NTL and as a result time to market for new products is not very large. This capability allows NTL to give a large range of products to its customers. Today, the product portfolio of NTL comprises of electronic control gears, ballasts, luminaires, retrofit CFLs, LED drivers and LED lamps.
