Jitendra EV Launches First Indian Transparent e-Scooter

Functional and stylish PRIMO is powered by a 60V, 26Ah battery pack, providing a range of 65 km on a single charge and a top speed of 52 kmph. 

Jitendra EV, an electric vehicle manufacturer based in Nashik, India, has recently introduced a groundbreaking e-scooter model named PRIMO, which is notably the country’s first see-through electric scooter. Priced at Rs 79,999 (ex-showroom), the PRIMO is a significant addition to the burgeoning electric vehicle market in India.

The transparent design of the PRIMO sets it apart in the electric scooter category, showcasing Jitendra EV’s commitment to innovation and design. In addition to the transparent model, the company has also catered to diverse customer preferences by offering the PRIMO in various colours such as black, silver, red, and white.

Performance-wise, the PRIMO is powered by a 60V, 26Ah battery pack, providing a commendable range of 65 km on a single charge and a top speed of 52 kmph. The scooter is well-equipped with modern features, including telescopic forks, hydraulic forks with a spring coil, and a 7-degree gradient ability, making it both functional and stylish.

Samkit Shah, the Co-Founder of Jitendra EV, emphasised the company’s objective to make the PRIMO accessible to a wide range of riders, not just a select few. The e-scooter is designed to be high on design and innovation while being affordable, aligning with the company’s vision of making electric mobility accessible to all. Shah highlighted the tireless efforts of the team in overcoming numerous challenges to make the transparent scooter ready for mass production
