Prime Technological Services, a turn-key provider of electronics manufacturing services has acquired TeligentEMS, a provider of printed circuit boards, electronics assemblies andelectrical and electronic products for OEM’s. The companies said that the acquisition of TeligentEMS will enhance the growth of Prime and adds significant capabilities to offering to customers. It will also help in expanding Prime’s presence in the U.S. market.

Prime Technological Services is headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia. It offers product engineering, supply chain management, component assembly, system level integration, test development. It also offers customer order fulfillment, repair and logistics, and full product life cycle support.
