Servotech Appoints Tripati Patro To Lead Operations At Sonipat Plant

Servotech Power Systems Ltd has appointed B. Tripati Patro as its senior vice president of operations. Patro would lead all the operations of Servotech’s manufacturing plant at Sonipat.

The company said that Patro’s core responsibilities would involve the implementation and development of annual operating plans to ensure increased revenue and profits. He’d also be responsible for considering cross-functional and digitization initiatives to strengthen the business. 

In addition to his core duties, he’d also mentor staff members, ensure customer service performance, and lead a team of senior managers in operations with consistent employee engagement across levels. 

Prior to his appointment at Servotech, Patro worked as the director of Li-ion operations at UTL Solar. 

Patro has extensive work experience across three decades in companies such as UTL Solar, Max Pacific Corporation, Microtek International, Fuji Electric Chennai Plant, Emerson Network Power (Vertiv) and Numeric India (A Group Brand Legrand). He has worked in different roles such as sales, servicing, manufacturing, plant operations, training, quality assurance, integrated management systems, greenfield projects etc., throughout the solar and power industry.

Servotech Power Systems has a pan-India presence and it aims to develop tech-enabled EV charging solutions. It offers AC and DC chargers, compatible with different EVs, for commercial and domestic applications. The NSE-listed company reported robust earnings for the quarter that ended December 31, 2022, with net profit rising by a staggering 260% to ₹3.87 crores, compared to ₹1.07 crores last year.
