This Modules Supply Agreement (MSA) encompasses the provision of 190 MW of cutting-edge solar modules for ENGIE India’s Sayla village project, backed by a 25-year solar power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. (GUVNL).

Goldi Solar has sealed a game-changing Modules Supply Agreement (MSA) with ENGIE India, a subsidiary of the globally renowned ENGIE Group, specialising in low-carbon energy and services. This strategic accord revolves around supplying an impressive 190 MW of cutting-edge solar modules for ENGIE India’s forthcoming Sayla village project. The project is underpinned by a 25-year solar power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. (GUVNL), solidifying the company’s role in advancing national green energy initiatives.

In accordance with the agreement, the company will furnish ENGIE India with their highly efficient HELOC® PRO series of 545wp photovoltaic modules. These top-tier modules are poised to substantially contribute towards an annual electricity generation estimated at a remarkable 34 crore units, bolstering India’s clean energy aspirations. Mr. Bharat Bhut, Co-founder and Director of Goldi Solar, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Our partnership with ENGIE is a resounding testament to our unwavering commitment to ushering in a greener and brighter tomorrow. We eagerly anticipate delivering top-notch solar modules for the GUVNL projects and playing a pivotal role in the proliferation of renewable energy across India.”
