February 14, 2015: Genus Power, one of the leading names in inverters, UPS and other power related products, has commenced commercial production at their newly launched facility at Ramchandrapura, RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura Extension, Jaipur.
The new production unit will offer modernised production ways and also be crucial for company’s backward integration plan.
The unit, spread across 15,000sqm, is well equipped with modern technology, ensuring higher efficiency.
The unit will concentrate on the export business of the company, manufacturing electronic communication measurement system/electronic energy meter, meter reading instrument, modem, printed circuit board assemblies, meter box, diaphragm gas meter, etc
Genus Power is an integral part of the $350 million Kailash Group. The company primary deals in manufacturing and distribution of electronic energy meters, metering solutions, power distribution and management projects, inverters, home ups, online ups, solar hybrid inverters, batteries and hybrid microcircuits across India and globally.
Genus also deal in the IT enabled distribution transformer metering system, feeder monitoring and management system, meter integrated with automatic power factor controller, smart street light management system with value added software application for providing end-to-end solutions for energy management.
