Syrma Technology Pvt Ltd, a leading Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) solution provider based in San Jose and Chennai, has launched its latest and fifth manufacturing plant at Bawal in Haryana.

Built with an investment commitment of US $10 Million in 3 years, this new plant  located in the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor is designed to fortify Syrma’s market position among high-demand electronic markets within India, including automotive, industrial, Aerospace & Defence and healthcare.

The facility, built in an area of 26,000 Sq ft with state-of-the-art production lines,
has initial capacity to produce over 2,000 sq. metres of Printed Circuit Board
Assembly (PCBA) per annum in class 10,000 clean room, which could be expanded
up to five times of its present capacity in next 3 years.

At its full capacity, the plant will be able to create employment opportunities for over 1,000 people. Syrma, a part of Tandon group that has been an export-oriented business unit for over a decade, earlier this year announced the setting up of this facility as part of its foray into the domestic market.

“With the launch of our new facility, Syrma will be positioned to gain a stronger
foothold among domestic electronics manufacturing in India, for India,” said
Sreeram Srinivasan, Syrma Technology CEO.

This new facility will focus primarily on serving the demands of India’s Electronics
market, which is growing at a very healthy pace to reach US $230 by Billion by
2020 owing to increasing adoption of electronics content across the domains and
products becoming intelligent day-by-day.

For nearly four decades, Syrma and Tandon Group have been ranked among India’s most
prestigious electronics exporters.

Syrma’s primary industry expertise revolves around Printed Circuit Board Assembly and box builds, RFID, magnetics, memory, leading-edge IoT applications as well as Electronics repair and rework services.
