Conversational Large Language Model capabilities will be introduced to help clients better explore their data, predict outcomes and unlock actionable insights.

Cognizant and Vianai Systems, Inc. have joined forces to launch a global strategic go-to-market partnership to accelerate the development and adoption of human-centred generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. This partnership will unlock new growth opportunities for both companies as they combine hila Enterprise platform with Neuro AI technology to create a seamless interface for predictive, AI-driven decision-making.

The hila Enterprise platform is a game-changer in the AI landscape, offering clients a secure and dependable environment to deploy large language models (LLMs) that can be optimised and fine-tuned to interface with structured and unstructured data within their systems of record. This empowers clients to harness the full potential of generative AI, enabling them to analyse, discover, and explore their data through the conversational power of AI. It has LLM monitoring capabilities, known as vianop, designed for AI-driven enterprises, providing real-time monitoring and analysis of LLM performance. It goes a step further by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the reliability and trustworthiness of LLMs, ensuring clients can rely on these systems with confidence.

He stated, “In every business worldwide, there is a hunger to harness the power of AI, but serious challenges around hallucinations, price performance, and lack of trust are holding enterprises back. That’s why we built hila Enterprise, a platform that delivers trusted, human-centred applications of AI.”

Ravi Kumar S, the Chief Executive Officer of Cognizant, highlighted the significance of monitoring LLM performance in unleashing the true potential of generative AI. He stated, “With Vianai’s and our Neuro AI platforms, we believe we can offer our clients a high-quality solution to support seamless data analysis with predictive decision-making capabilities.”

As businesses worldwide seek to harness the power of AI, both companies are poised to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that drive the future of AI-driven decision-making. This collaboration represents a significant step forward in AI technology and its application in business.
