Q. Since when has Winmate been business?
A. Winmate Inc has been in business for more than 25 years. Today, Winmate Inc aims to be at the forefront of Industry 4.0 with its technological innovations, offering a wide range of Rugged Smart Solutions aimed at revolutionizing the manufacturing sector by integrating intelligent systems that advance the Internet of Everything (IoE).

A. Winmate Inc is headed by Ken Lu, who is our Chairman.
Q. How do you define your product category(s) to customers?

Q. What are the latest offerings (products or solutions) that you are promoting to Indian customers? Can you share their highlights?
A. The L140TG Rugged Laptop powered with Intel Core Tiger Lake and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise operating system. The L140TG supports comprehensive wireless connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS/ GLONASS, and 4G LTE (optional) to keep workers connected in even the most remote locations.
Also, it features a 14-inch daylight readable panel 1920 x 1080 with direct optical bonding, anti-glare treatment, and a user-friendly projective capacitive touch screen. L140TG series offers a new generation of compact and lightweight portability in a robust form factor.
Q. What makes your product different from similar products from your competitors?
A. The biggest competitive advantage for Winmate lies in its special industrial touch display control system, I/O interface, mobile information integration, key technology research and development capabilities, and a complete product line of varying display sizes.
The products combine key industrial computer technology with machine board, software, and firmware research and development capabilities. The solutions can meet certain challenges such as outdoor lighting environments, especially high and low-temperature environments, or system display and control interface.
Q. Why do you think this product is the right match for the Indian market?
A. Winmate has a total of 180 full-time engineers specializing in solutions for everyday work conditions, including sunlight readability, heat dissipation, power management, mechanical design, and a range of special technologies such as anti-salt spray.
From design to manufacturing, Winmate also has a range of products that comply with ATEX and IECEX explosion-proof safety standards.
Plus, the use of exclusive magnesium alloy and impact-resistant polymer materials ensures that all our products can withstand any possible vibrations and drops on the worksite.
Q. Where else do you operate other than Taiwan? Who is your ideal B2B customer?
A. Winmate also operates in the U.S, Canada, and China.
Furthermore, the company has a strategic alliance of partners spanning across six continents, serving a global range of vertical markets, including industrial manufacturing, field services, oil and gas, marine, military, healthcare, warehouse, and transportation.
Q. Besides B2B Customers, are you also looking for Agents (distributors, channel partners, etc) in India too? What are the specifications you are looking for in potential partners?
A. On the basis of operations, Winmate is committed to maintaining a good partnership with suppliers to achieve a win-win situation with both customers and suppliers alike.
