Web OS Hub 2.0 Smart TVs Are Now Being Manufactured

Viera Group, aiming for 100,000 units begins production and manufacturing for leading brands.

webOS Hub has been certified by over 160 broadcasters worldwide, with more than 120 million devices in 150 countries being powered on it. webOS Hub Smart TVs incorporate many third-party applications supported by LG’s streaming operating system, including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, YouTube, and Fubo TV, to provide a different user experience. webOS Hub includes ThinQ AI, which allows users to control the TV and other ThinQ-enabled IoT devices with their voice. 

Veira Group since 1975, has been involved in the manufacturing of electronic products. As one of India’s largest ODM for smart TVs, the company aims to manufacture over 100,000 webOS Smart TVs for the leading brands in India. Production and manufacturing of Web OS Hub 2.0 Smart TVs have already begun. A recent investment of 200 crores has been invested in their new manufacturing unit that has a total production capacity of Smart TVs of more than 3 million units annually.

Veira will offer a wide range of 32 to 65-inch webOS Hub 2.0 Smart TVs. Veira has worked tirelessly to bring cutting-edge solutions to the Indian smart TV market. webOS has had much success in the Indian markets, and Veira hopes that webOS Hub 2.0 can set a new standard for webOS Hub TV sales in India.

Veira has recently invested 200 crore, amounting to a total of 4 million LED TVs per year, from the present 10 lakh units annual capacity. Only a few licensed manufacturers in the country currently manufacture webOS Hub 2.0, and with this strategic alliance, Veira and webOS Hub expect to double their volumes for India. 

Mr. Sharan Maini, Director of Operations, Veira Group, commented on the collaboration, saying, “We at Veira are committed to refining and expanding our smart TV experience for users. With webOS Hub 2.0 we are introducing more and more consumers to the unparalleled user experience of Smart, Integrated & content specific TVs.”
