Top Leaders and Global Giants Gather for SemiconIndia 2023, Showcasing India’s Thriving Semiconductor Industry!

SemiconIndia 2023, India’s premier event for the semiconductor industry, is set to spark excitement as it gathers top leaders, industry giants, and innovators. With an exhibition showcasing cutting-edge technology and a lineup of eminent speakers, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the conference aims to catalyze India’s semiconductor ecosystem and highlight the nation’s potential as a global manufacturing destination.

SemiconIndia 2023, organized by the India Semiconductor Mission, is primed to be a transformative event, held at the Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, from July 28 to July 30, 2023. Modi will inaugurate the conference, bringing together industry leaders, government officials, academia, and R&D institutions to discuss vital aspects of India’s semiconductor growth journey.

The curtain raiser exhibition, launched by Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendrabhai Patel, provides a glimpse of the latest technological advancements in the semiconductor industry. Over 80 exhibitors, including Micron, Intel, Qualcomm, STMicroelectronics, and more, will demonstrate their state-of-the-art products and services, solidifying India’s position as a vibrant and sustainable manufacturing hub.

SemiconIndia 2023 spans three days, featuring sessions focused on key aspects of building a robust and sustainable semiconductor ecosystem in India. Modi’s inaugural address will set the tone, followed by discussions on catalyzing India’s semiconductor ecosystem, progress in the Semicon India Programme, investment opportunities, talent pipeline, and global partnerships.

The event boasts an impressive lineup of speakers, including top leaders from government, industry, and academia. Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw; Minister of External Affairs, S Jaishankar; and Sanjay Mehrotra, President & CEO of Micron Technology, are among the distinguished names set to share their insights and visions for India’s semiconductor future.
