All India Radio and Electronics Association (AIREA) organised Vision 2012 on its 75th birthday
All India Radio and Electronics Association (AIREA), West Zone, Mumbai, one of the oldest government recognised associations of India for the electronics industry and trading community, celebrated the 75th year of its establishment. On the day, it organised a programme called Vision 2012 with the EFY Group as its official media partner. More than 300 members turned out to attend the event. The event had an instrumental music programme by the famous jal tarang artist Subhash
Nandoskar and his troupe. Lucky prizes like LCD TVs, DVD players with screens, digital cameras, iPods, home theatre systems, digital photo frames, etc, were awarded to the winners of various contests arranged at the event.
The new managing committee of AIREA which was announced at the the event includes JP Singhania, president; Nayan Parekh, secretary; Gulab Hariya, vice president; Javerchand Gala, joint secretary; and JL Jumani, treasurer.
