Features and USP: Evest EM series pick and place machines are full vision centering machines and use six vision systems and more than 12 types of feeding systems. It uses high end optimising software. All X-Y-Z axis use rugged ball screw mechanism driven by AC servo motors with closed loop feedback function ensuring best accuracy of component placement. It aims at supporting mounting needs of customer for SMD ranges from small chips such as 0201 up to large fine pitch IC or odd shape components, high brightness dome type LEDs, etc, making it ideal pick and place for EMS jobs as well as LED lighting industry. Mounting speed of 13,500 CPH (IPC 9850) and rated speed of 18,000 CPH ensures capability to handle medium volume production to high volume production. Optimised pick/place routing design also ensures best practical speed. Tailored nozzles to handle different types of LED SMD components (particularly the dome type LEDs) minimises the damages of the delicate lens surface during process. This machine is very rugged and durable.
