MediaTek Collaborates with Invendis to Promote Design in India Smart Solutions

Aims toward empowering 5 G-enabled ecosystems in the country.

The 5G rollout in India took place on the 1st of October 2022. In response, MediaTek, an exclusive 5G Partner for India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2022 reiterated its commitment to the ‘Design In India’ initiative. Strategic collaboration with Invendis was announced in line with the Aatmnirbhaar Bhaarat to roll out 5G and Wi-Fi router solutions. 

Aligning with the Government’s push for “Vocal for Local” products, MediaTek’s chipsets that power the Silbo range of Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 routers is completely an indigenous offering. The Lava ‘Blaze 5G’ powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset was also launched on the sidelines of IMC 2022. The 5G smartphone offers Indians accessible 5G technology and an all-around smartphone experience.

At IMC, MediaTek showcased various products powered by the advanced chipset series such as MediaTek Dimensity, Helio, Pentonic, Kompanio, Genio and Filogic, offering visitors a kaleidoscopic view of technology innovations in the connected devices ecosystem and its impact across the 3C’s of the Indian economy- communication, connection, and commerce. We look forward to taking this vision forward in the coming year as India sees the rollout of new 5G opportunities leveraging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud, etc.,” 

In addition, the company also showcased a wide range of solutions across the Design in India, smartphones and Smart Home zones.
