‘Siemens Xcelerator’ Now Includes Marketplace For Customers

The company aims to accelerate India’s digital transformation.

Launched at the Annual Flagship event ‘Siemens India Innovation Day 2022’ in Mumbai, the Siemens Xcelerator enables an ecosystem that includes digital and Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled offerings (software, hardware and digital services) not only from Siemens but also certified third parties.

Aimed at accelerating digital transformation for the industry the curated portfolio of software, IoT-enabled hardware and digital services follows key design principles of interoperability, flexibility, openness and as-a-service. It also comprises an evolving marketplace for customers, partners and developers to interact easily.

Peter Koerte, Chief Technology Officer and Strategy Officer, Siemens AG, said, “India will play a key role in the global roll-out of Siemens Xcelerator.
