Q. Since when has Zyxel Technology been in business?

A. It’s been more than 30 years since Zyxel is helping brands to maintain their leadership in the market.

Q. How do you define your product category(s) to customers?

A. We are the leading networking solution providers in the world and offer network switching, firewall security, cloud management solution & access points. Zyxel is mainly orientated towards the SMB sector in India.

Q. What is the USP (unique strength) of your products?

A. We are a one stop complete networking solution provider and the unique strength of our products or solutions is providing the best solution at best prices. We always try to keep our solutions ahead of the market requirement, our R&D team makes efficient efforts to understand the market mindset and come up with futuristic products and solutions for our customer needs.

Q. Have you been doing business with India? If yes, since when? How has your experience been?

A. We have been active in India for more than 20 years.

Zyxel India is one of the key emerging markets for Zyxel Worldwide. Our journey in India started way back and continue to prosper in the networking industry. There is a demand for quality products at competitive prices, and keeping this in mind, we have worked towards India-specific offerings, value definitions, market outreach and price points. We have invested in local talent that is empowered to represent India’s market opportunities within the global Zyxel community.

Our goal is to drive growth by creating more value for our customers in India. Building on decades of experience and expertise in networking, we plan to keep investing generously in R&D in order to fuel the innovation pipeline and consolidate our market position in the country. India as a growing market, we forsee lot of potential in terms on growing opportunities.

Q. What are the latest offerings (products or solutions) that you are promoting to Indian customers? Can you share their highlights?

A. New product line that we will be having in 2021 will be our new latest WIFI6 enabled access points, our new firewall series of USGFlex and Nebulatogether cloud based solutions. We also do have plans to launch our new range of network switches.

Our new Nebula Together has been updated with Zero-Trust Network Security, minimizing risk by adding granular policies and access authentication for the ever-growing need for secure workplaces. Our most popular line of security firewalls can now be used with Nebula. Adding a choice of five USGFLEX firewalls to suit a range of business sizes. Enabling Nebula management with holistic security and protection for these business networks help our customers work better together.

Another very important aspect of our cloud solution is providing SAME SECURITY ACROSS NETWORKS – Simply deploying a firewall doesn’t guarantee complete safety, but with the revolutionary Nebula solution, it is capable of authenticating individuals and devices throughout all scenarios, greatly improving security level of the corporate network.

Q. Why do you think these products are the right match for the Indian market?

A. Zyxel’s major products are the right match for the Indian market and especially for the SMB sector since we cater to that. India is a very dynamic country and people have started here to launch their businesses. And for that we have the best networking solution which is Nebula Cloud Management Solution.

Already businesses have multi-branch offices and new businesses after expanding will do the same, and for this, the best solution for them is the Nebula Cloud Management Solution so that they can manage their network from one centralized location, this will for sure save their time and cost. So the future is to manage your networks from one centralized location helping in time management and efficient working and productivity.

Q. Besides B2B Customers, are you also looking for Agents (distributors, channel partners, etc) in India too?

A. Absolutely. Zyxel only works with its channel partners and distributors. They are our extended arms and run many partner schemes and programs for them. We on a regular basis try to expand our partner network for better reach and connectivity inside the Indian market.

Q. If looking for agents/partners in India—any specifications that you would like them to meet with, for them to apply as a partner to you?

A. We have provided one form on the partner portal on our website and after filling that form, they can submit it. Our internal team will then contact them. In that form all our requirements are mentioned.

Q. Who is your ideal B2B customers? Can you share the names of some leading global or Indian customers too?

A. We are present in across industries, be it Railways, Airlines, Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare, Government, Education. Zyxel is offering solutions to all and helping them to grow their businesses. Few Indian customers are IIM Raipur, Hyatt Hotel, Tata Teleservices, Statue of Unity, Kanpur Smart City and many more.
