Su-Kam unveils innovative solar products at Global Renewable Energy Summit


April 24, 2015: Su-Kam Power Systems Limited, the leading player in the power solution industry in India, showcased wide portfolio of solar products suitable for the residential home systems, at the 3rd edition of Global Renewable Energy Summit (GREEN Summit) 2015, an annual Renewable Energy event supported by the Government of Karnataka and envisaged as a platform to showcase the immense business & transformational opportunities in renewable energy, across all segments, organized by Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI).

The main attractions at the Su-Kams stall were Solar Hybrid PCU (Power Conditioning Unit): World’s first touch screen solar inverter with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Technology to reduce sizes of the solar panel and Electroscopy: a sure way to measure efficiency. Electroscopy is a unique Comparison Tool Kit (CTK) that measures the efficiency of different electronic products.

Other products showcased by the company are Brainy – a complete solar package for home usage that operates on Solar as well as Grid Power, Solarcon – a hybrid solar charge controller which can be connected to any existing UPS or Inverter to convert it into a solar-powered system and Falcon – Sine Wave UPS that provides Pure Sine Wave output and is 100% clean, regulated, and completely stable and distortion free. Falcon is absolutely safe for running the most sophisticated and sensitive appliances.

Apart from this, the other attractions at the stall were the complete range of solar products for diverse requirements of customer’s need right from the small solar powered Home lighting solutions, MPPT based Solar Charge controller, Grid tie inverter, Battery equalizer, Demo tool kit, DC system- led fan, Solar Street lighting systems etc.

India is expected to install an additional 10,000 MW by 2017 and a total of 20,000 MW by 2022. Hence in accordance with this emerging demand in the sector, Global Renewable Energy Summit (Green Summit) organised by FKCCI, is an initiative to showcase the Government of India’s commitment to the development and scaling up of renewable energy in India to meet the national energy requirement in a socially, economically and ecologically sustainable manner. It is a major platform for investment.
