YSL Electronics launched a speed monitoring relay (SMR-1) in February 2011, which can control output based on the current speed of the monitored system.
Features and USP: The device can be interfaced to either NPN or PNP sensors to calculate the speed. Depending on the requirements, it can be easily set to operate in over-speed or under speed modes. For each operating mode, different time functions such as no-delay, no-delay inverse, off-delay, off-delay inverse, on-delay, or on-delay inverse can be selected. The speed measuring range is 1-9999 rpm. Based on the application, the required speed, hysteresis and other parameters can be easily set. The device is housed in a standard 35 mm din rail mounting enclosure measuring 55 mm x 75 mm x 110 mm. The device’s operating voltage range is 85-265 VAC.
