Okaya Power Group Teams Up With Prakriti E-Mobility For EV Charging Stations

Okaya Power has announced a strategic partnership with Prakriti E-Mobility Private Limited for providing charging stations to the fleet operations of Prakriti E-Mobility. Okaya said that its Lithium-ion batteries and EV Chargers with Intelligent BMS have all the safety features to protect the battery and the vehicle.

Contract from Power Grid Corporation

Recently, Okaya Power had announced that it has bagged a contract from state-owned Power Grid Corporation (PGCIL) for supply, installation, and commissioning of multi-standard electric vehicle chargers in Shillong. PGCIL has given this contract to Okaya for supply, installation, and commissioning of over 55 Multi-Standard EV charger (100 kW) as per CCS2/CHAdeMO Protocol, and 15 kW DC fast chargers as per DC-001 in Shillong, Meghalaya

Nimish Trivedi, co-founder and CEO, Prakriti E-Mobility Private Limited said, “The partnership with Okaya Power is very important to us, as it will help mitigate a major concern hindering the adoption of Electric vehicles in the country – the absence of adequate charging infrastructure.
