Precision electronic and electromechanical products manufacturer Intervala has acquired Varitron Hudson located in New Hampshire. The company aims to expand its manufacturing footprint in the Northeast region of the U.S. with this move. It also plans to increase its global customer base with this acquisition.

Electronics manufacturing services
The acquired New Hampshire operation specialises in high-technology electronics manufacturing services (EMS). It will provide Intervala more capacity to manufacture complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and other high-reliability electronic assemblies.
It will also improve Intervala’s customer and market diversity through the addition of top-tier customers in the industrial, medical and military markets said the company. EMS industry veteran Jon Saunders, who has led the New Hampshire operation since 2016, will continue to run the the location for Intervala.
