Freyr’s SunPro app to add value

Freyr has launched SunPro 2.0, the upgraded version of the SunPro mobile application, to help entrepreneurs in running their solar business with ease. The renewed version aims to provide insights into space availability, local solar radiation and the financial requirement to identify the possible solutions for customers.

SunPro 2.0 has an inbuilt customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics to help improve business performance. Marda said that the app would help find new ways of adding value to the users. He said, “We have CRM functionality built in now. Follow-ups are stored in the app. Data analytics is running in the background. We can indicate to users what target segment they should look at.”

Freyr has been able to acquire around 200 channel partners with the help of the app. The company said that the contribution from dealers had also shot up to 70 per cent.
