ASUS Launches TUF Gaming Laptops in India

The gaming laptops by ASUS have Anti-Dust Cooling System, Fan OverBoost technology, and dual-fan cooling that withstands intense gaming sessions

Taiwan-based electronics major, ASUS has launched its new gaming laptops – FX505 and FX705 under the TUF series. Powered by Intel Core i7-8750H processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics, these new ranges are aimed at offering an immersive gaming experience.

Arnold Su, ROG and PC Head, ASUS India views that the gaming laptops would fulfil the expectations of the gaming community of India. The electronics maker has designed the products to offer good performance and durability for the perfect experience for gamers.

The FX505 and FX705 are priced at Rs 79,990 and Rs 1,24,990 respectively and ASUS is hoping for a warm welcome in the gaming laptops market. The PC Head further said that the company believes in developing innovative products that are affordable.

Specifications

The FX505 and the FX705 laptops feature ultra-slim 6.5mm and 7.8mm NanoEdge displays respectively, with up to 144Hz high-refresh rate that assures good gaming visuals. These are powered by Anti-Dust Cooling (ADC) system, Fan OverBoost technology, and dual-fan cooling CPU and GPU from both sides that can withstand intense gaming sessions.

The laptops offer a 7.1-channel virtual surround sound that provides profound and immersive audio experience to the gamers. The keyboard comes with a WASD key cap design and a keycap curve of 0.25mm. It has the OverStroke technology that ensures effortless control that can withstand over 20 million presses.

TUF desktop

ASUS has also launched a TUF Desktop called FX10CP. Powered by GTX 1060 NVIDIA GPU and i7-8700 Intel processor, the desktop features isolated air chambers. It has up to 32GB RAM with 1TB primary storage and 128GB secondary storage. ASUS has priced it at Rs. 91,990 and it is available across leading offline stores.
