In response to requests for local production from these manufacturers and in order to supply products to the worlds’ automakers, including domestic manufacturers, Alps Electric India will soon relocate to a new facility where it can pursue production activities.

The new facility will occupy leased space on the first and basement floors of an existing building in the city of Gurgaon. Construction work will finish by the end of December 2013 ready for the relocation of current sales functions in early January 2014. Activities to get underway in May 2014 will initially consist of inspection for some products and other basic processes.
Starting with automotive switches, the product lineup will be gradually expanded as progress is made toward the start of production work and full production operations.
