The partners will co-develop battery solutions for vehicle brands beyond ETO
In the latest development in the Indian EV world, Saera Electric Auto entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with EMaaS (Electric Mobility as a Service) and CaaS (Charging/Energy as a Service) company ETO Motors. It must be noted that ETO has a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The recent collaboration with SAERA will help ETO expand its micro-assembly strategy for better regional deployment efficiencies.
It is learnt that the partners will cooperate in the development of battery solutions for vehicle brands beyond ETO. As per the terms of the partnership, ETO Motors EVs will be manufactured at the Saera Electric Plant in Bawal, Haryana.
Deepankar Tiwari, Non-Executive VC, ETO Motors, remarked, “ETO Motors will now thrive upon a future-ready manufacturing facility using the technologies and processes of Saera Electric, our first choice for collaboration.”
