In a recent announcement, Audi India said that it has installed over 100 chargers for e-vehicles across major cities in the country. In addition to all Audi India dealerships, the chargers have been successfully set up at select Skoda & Volkswagen showrooms and workshop facilities in India.
It must be noted that a 22kW charger has been installed at every Audi authorized dealer outlet and select Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) dealerships. Also, 16 Audi showrooms in cities like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru Central, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi South, Delhi West, Goa, Gurugram, Guwahati, Jaipur, Karnal, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mumbai South, Pune, and Surat are equipped with a 50kW DC fast charger.
“We have a clear road map towards sustainable mobility and are committed to developing an EV ecosystem. We have successfully installed 100+ chargers across India and we will continue to increase this in the days, months and years forward to ensure ease of ownership for Audi e-tron and other EV owners. The future is electric and Audi India is ready for it,” said Mr Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India.
