MoU for New Job Provision by Tech Mahindra

The agreement states the hire of 3000 IT Professionals in the next 5 years, in Gujarat.

 The Gujarat IT/ITeS Policy (2022-27) has generated massive traction across the IT industry landscape, and investors have already started to collaborate with the Government of Gujarat. 15 MoUs have been signed with leading domestic/global IT companies and Gujarat, resulting in a generation of 26750 highly skilled IT employment opportunities. 

While Tech Mahindra continues to deliver cutting-edge digital engineering services in the state, it has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 18th October 2022 with the Government of Gujarat, aiming to hire over 3000 professionals in the State over the next 5 years.

Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, said, “Over the years, Gujarat has emerged as a land of abundant opportunities. The Government is committed to support businesses to improve the ease of doing business (EODB) in the state. In line with this, the MoU with Tech Mahindra will not only help us enable the same but also result in the overall development of the city. We are confident that as a global leader in digital engineering, Tech Mahindra will add exponential value to engineering enterprises by collaborating with them to engineer superior products, capitalize on modern engineering, and enable seamless cyber-physical integration for enhanced visibility, predictability, and productivity across operations.”

 As per the MoU, Tech Mahindra will focus on providing digital engineering services enabling businesses to navigate digital transformation challenges.
