Adept Acquired by Quest Global

The product design house would help Quest scale operations at a global level.

Based out of Bengaluru, Adept is a product design house, that provides chip design and embedded services. It is a full-service IC design firm that specializes in team augmentation, turnkey solutions for end-to-end chip design, and product lifecycle management. This design house has been acquired by Singapore-based engineering services firm Quest Global. 

The latter works in 17 countries, with 56 global delivery centres & offices and this acquisition could accelerate its growth by scaling operations and advancing capabilities to provide innovative and digital solutions to its customers around the globe.

Adept brings strong capabilities that will enable Quest Global to add significant capacity to its semi-conductor offerings. Allowing deeper digital engineering expertise and greater choice for Quest customers in additional semi-conductor capabilities, enhanced embedded services and new capabilities in prototyping, ADAS, Vehicle Connectivity, Integrated Cockpit, and AUTOSAR toolkits; Quest Global would be in an even better position to its customers around the world.
