In August 2011, Emmvee Solar announced its innovative solar water heater system, which can be installed on both flat and sloping roofs and is suitable for pressurised systems.
Features and USP: The new system comes with an integrated expansion tank with a food grade glycol heating medium. With high density PUF insulation, and a high selective copper absorber and glass enamel coated tank, the system operates at 6 bar pressure and has an inbuilt high temperature valve, pressure safety valve, anti-vacuum valve and drain valve. The system comes with a jacket type heat exchanger, and a magnesium anode with CE marked thermostat. The stainless steel interconnecting pipes come with UV resistant insulation, with brass end connections.
