Emerson Network Power Announces ‘Stretch Out & Cash In’ Bonus Scheme for India Channel Partners

Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson and a global leader in maximizing availability, capacity and efficiency of critical infrastructure, has announced the ‘Stretch Out & Cash In’ scheme for its partners across India. Under the benefits of the scheme, Emerson Network Power’s partners can redeem cash bonuses on the sale of Liebert UPS up to 20 kVA, In-Pulse Inverters, and Knurr Racks.
‘Stretch Out & Cash In’ is a target-based scheme that awards partners with a cash bonus on achieving pre-defined sales targets. For Emerson Network Power’s Enterprise Business Partners (EBP), ‘Stretch Out & Cash In’ will be renewed on a bi-monthly basis in two phases viz. June – July 2011 and August – September 2011. Network Solution Partners (NSP) and Value-Added Resellers (VAR) can avail of the scheme on a quarterly basis i.e. from 01st July 2011 to 30th September 2011.
The sales targets for each partner category are pre-defined depending on previous performance and duration in which targets are achieved. Further, target slabs are different for partners operating in Class A, B, or C cities.
Under the ‘Stretch Out & Cash In’ program, NSPs and VARs can earn cash bonuses between 1 percent and 3.50 percent of total sales achieved during the scheme period.  Over 70 EBPs of Emerson Network Power have been assigned individual targets based on previous performance records. Depending on their sales performance in each phase of the scheme, an EBP can earn cash bonuses between 2.30 and 4.75 percent of the total sales realized.
